Churchill unveiled first music video for “Replay”

Emerging a few years ago from the local metal/rock scene and skate street culture, Parisian metal/southern-rock Churchill has just unveiled a first official music video for the single “Replay”, available right now on YouTube / by clicking on the artwork below. The song will feature the debut full-length album by the band, called “Ravage” and expected in the next weeks on Cd and digital formats.

Formed at the end of 2010 under the moniker of Churchill by ex-members from various metal french outfits such as Ghost Orchid or Switch Off, this French five-piece band plays a mixture between alternative rock/metal/punk, burnin’ southern-rock and the spirit of skate street culture. After some powerful live performances at Triel Open Air, Briz Glace or Mosaik…, the band released a debut self-titled EP (2011) and then began the writing process of its first album. In 2015, after playing a bunch of gigs all around the French territory, Churchill releases “Ravage”.

Today is the day : French Alternative Hardcore/Rock/Indie/Punk outfit The Prestige is proud to unveil a new music video directed by Adrien Benoliel illustrating the song “Bête noire” from ‘Amer’, its brand new full-length album planned for a worldwide release on April 20th.
“Bête Noire”, available right now on YouTube means ‘Black Beast’ as the nemesis that lives inside us and that we desperately try to keep low.

Resulting from the many and various explorations and experiences of these members, Breaking Fuel has been painting itself as a definite Rock-o-colored item. The band has taken shape around the musical humanity of its 5 members recorded a first EP which has been handed out personnally by the band, back in 2012.

Enthused by the warm welcome the EP met for its debut release, a long and successful series of concerts would soon follow (2012-2013). This evolution led the later addition of a sound engineer to the crew. From cosier and more intimate Appartment Sessions to larger venues (Rock School Barbey Theater), and not omitting the literally more “underground” local scene, as well as playing for the opening of World Surf Contest, or at Barcelona’s RazzMattaz, the band, mirroring their refreshing music has been rocking venues in an unexpected fashion. his results in the recording of a 1st full-length album, displaying an amazing number of collaborations on their tracks including Adrian Terrazas Gonzales on saxophone (The Mars Volta, T.R.A.M.) or Matthieu Lesenechal (Big Sir).

This album has been integrally recorded analogically at Studio des Collines (France), allowing for Live takes. Mastering has also been undergoing the same process. It was the band’s personal request that their sound be treated the analogical way, thus capturing the team’s energy and sincerity. BREAKING FUEL’s sound is heavily tinted with the 70’s signature sound, mixed in with more centempory flavors, inviting the listener on an epic journey.

.Here it is : as previously announced and after two years of hard work, “Roseland”, the debut full-length effort signed by Swiss alternative indie-pop band The View Electrical is available right now for physical (CD sleevepack, 2xLP) & Digital “pay what you want” through the almighty Hummus Records (Coilguns, Darius Impure Wilhelmina, Kunz, Ø L T E N, Nevborn…). The album has also been unveiled for entire streaming on Bandcamp.

Don’t expect it to be all gentle and smooth though, you might be surprised by some weird electronic drones and crushing post-hardcore climaxes. Sadness, despair, hope and joy all next to each other. “We’re both looking for a voice, a voice of our own, a lonely song”. Fred Aellen (Sonograph) and Raul Bortolotti (Kruger) have finally broken their loneliness spell. They invited numerous swiss friends (Abraham, Kehlvin, Cortez, etc…) and foreign heroes (Jeniferever, Stereograph, etc) to their land of inner peace. They gathered more than 20 musicians from all backgrounds and transformed step by step a dozen confidential demos into a coherent and rich hour of music. “Roseland” is a wide patchwork of styles and people, an incredibly dense release for a first real-life experience. The result of two creative minds at work for two busy years. Patience pays…

.Directors Cut unveil new (acoustic) song “Ashes to ashes”
.A few weeks after unveiling its debut full-length and self-titled album (following a first EP and then a digital single), French power-punk-rockers Directors Cut just came back to work with a brand new (acoustic) song called “Ashes to ashes” available on video right now.

Released last december, the first album by Directors Cut is still available on the main digital platforms (Deezer, iTunes, Spotify), on CD edition from the band itself and entire streaming on Bandcamp.

Directors Cut is a four-piece punk rock band formed in 2012 in Lyon, France. With various musical influences but one common goal, Dcut combines catchy melodies with sharp riffs and twisted song structures, trying to put out a fresh and new sound. April 2013 saw the release of first EP “K”, followed by single “Invincible” in Septembre 2013.
From then on, Directors Cut started to work on first-ever eponymous album out in December 2014. The band has, so far, shared the stage with bands like The Adolescents, GAS Drummers and Second Rate. They are now more than ready to hit the stage and leave their print on modern music….

Born around 2009, The Prestige, hi-energy quartet from Paris, plays a mix between (post) chaotic hardcore, intense punk, metal and rock under constant injection of adrenaline.A few months later, the band released its debut recordings with a DIY EP called “A series of catastrophes and consequences”. Then, after some great live performances, The Prestige began to work on its first full-length record : “Black mouths” finally in 2012 through Basement Apes Industries, Brain Ache, Enjoyment Records & Tangled Talk.
